Zero to Hero is a 12-week hybrid program designed for men ready to reclaim their strength, confidence, and vitality. This results-driven journey combines running, Olympic lifting, agility drills, plyometrics, functional movements, fat-burning protocols, VO2 max conditioning, and flexibility work—helping you build muscle, shed body fat, boost endurance, and move better than ever.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Days 1 & 4: Olympic Lifting + Strength + Plyometrics
Days 2 & 5: Running Intervals + Agility + Core
Day 3: Functional Strength + Mobility
Day 6: Long Run/Conditioning + Full-Body Circuit
Day 7: Rest or Active Recovery (yoga, stretching, light swim/walk)
